Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rockwell Automation AK-R2-360P500 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kb-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kt product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the ADController509991545R10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KBPB225 manufactured by Kb-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Kb-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KS13002 by Manufacturer Kt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kawasaki Brand 506301108 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kawasaki such as 509992747R00 equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBCC225C by Kb-Electronics and 509992747R00 spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
